As Assistant Director of Library Services and Administration, I manage all functions of Access Services, including overseeing daily operations and circulation staff scheduling, course reserves, interlibrary loan, and stacks maintenance. I monitor space usage and coordinate with colleagues to address facility issues. I strive toward meeting all community needs within a user-centered service model.
