Get ready for a new round of therapy pets next month on December 13th, during Reading Period! Each semester in the lead-up to finals we invite some of the therapy animals from Tufts Paws for People, to come visit with the students. We are still working on the line-up for this year so stay tuned!
Paws for People is a non-profit associated with the Cummings Veterinary School of Medicine at Tufts. They provide education, evaluation, and mentorship for people looking to use their pets as therapy animals. They also coordinate the pets and handlers, all volunteers, to visit various communities.
